I'm currently working on my first "real" quilt. In the past, I've made simple baby quilts with square blocks or simple applique but have never ventured into doing anything with my own design. However, that is all changing. This last weekend I finished my first quilt block! It's still nothing fancy but I'm so excited for my new Boise State Broncos quilt to be completed!
For the construction of my quilt, I'm using old BSU t-shirts and my kids old jeans so as I accumulate new "old" shirts and jeans, I will continue to incorporate them into the quilt. I'll post a pic of the first block soon.
